Karma bump on the #1 resource! Also, I'd like to add the Roy Dean DVDs. They are seriously among the best resources for any grappler on the planet! I'm also a huge fan of "The X-Guard" by Marcelo Garcia, and have added an entire video of my version of many of those sweeps and setups HERE.
